Temporary Closure & Reopening Dates
Pending the easing of travel restrictions and quarantine measures that may affect travel arrangements, Bequia Beach Hotel will reopen from 1st October 2020

Cancellations & Date Changes
If you have booked through an agent or 3rd party please contact your agent who will be able to manage cancellations and date changes for you.
Due to ongoing uncertainty on travel restrictions we have the following temporary booking policy:
For stays until 19 December 2020:
If you booked directly with the hotel and would like to cancel your holiday, we will refund you in full for any deposit you have already paid. Written notification by email at least 7 days prior is required.
If you would like to change your holiday to another date, we will hold & transfer your deposit towards your new selected dates up until 31 December 2021. Written notification by email at least 7 days prior is required.
20 December 2020 - 5 January 2021:Written cancellation by email, the following charges will apply; within 40 days of arrival: 30% deposit penalty, 28 days 50% deposit penalty, within 14 days 75% deposit penalty, within 10 days 100% of the deposit. 'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.
5 January 2021 - 15 April 2021:
Written cancellation by email, the following charges will apply; within 14 days of arrival: 30% deposit penalty, 10 days 75% deposit penalty, within 7 days 100% of the deposit. 'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.

Maintenance and some exciting property upgrades have been accelerated during the temporary closure of the Hotel and we continue to support our staff throughout.
