VIP Transfer Itinerary

Barbados/St. Lucia to Bequia Beach Hotel

  • Arrive into Barbados or St. Lucia from your international flight or check in landside.
  • Meet our representatives as you arrive and you will be escorted through
  • At Barbados we will take care of your checked luggage, in St. Lucia luggage should be collected from the belt
  • Once all guests are checked in, you will be chauffeured/escorted out to the waiting aircraft
  • The flight transfer to Bequia will depart by 17:00* 
  • After landing in Bequia you'll be met by our team and escorted to Bequia Beach Hotel in signature style

Bequia Beach Hotel to Barbados / St. Lucia

  • Depart Bequia Beach Hotel an hour before departure, check in & pass through security.
  • Once all guests are checked in, the flight transfer to Barbados or St. Lucia will depart
  • Enjoy the views of Bequia on the short 30 min hop to Barbados (St Lucia 15min). 
  • You will be chauffeured/escorted from the aircraft after landing to the immigration concourse.

Bequia Air's VIP Transfer package is an on demand service transporting guests to/from Barbados airport to/from Bequia Beach Hotel including meet & greet services and ground transfers (in Bequia).

Quoted times serve only as a guide and quoted fares may be subject to changes at any time. Please note that the above mentioned fares are inclusive of taxes and surcharges. Taxes may be subject to change without notice. Mustique Airways is the aircraft operator for Bequia Beach Hotel’s VIP Transfers. Private flights on demand can be arranged on request. If the Aircraft shall for any reason whatsoever (whether before or after commencement of the flight) become incapable of undertaking or continuing the flight (or any portion thereof), the Carrier may, at its discretion, substitute therefore an aircraft of the same or another type and the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the substituted aircraft.
